Who is CareCompanion for?
We are building for older adults and the people helping them navigate care. The focus is readable explanations, useful appointment preparation, and follow-through that keeps the original context. Family participation requires permission; it is not automatic access to someone else’s records.
Can I download it or connect my medical records today?
Public enrollment and app-store downloads are not open yet. Portal connections are still being developed and checked; provider coverage and available history will vary. Contact us for product questions. Do not send medical records or portal passwords to our business email.
How is Clara different from a clinician?
Clara helps organize supplied information, explain it in plain language, and prepare questions. It cannot establish a diagnosis or make a treatment decision. A connection between two findings is a reason to ask a better question—not proof of what caused them.
