BaneyGroup LLC provides CareCompanion to organize health information, prepare questions and support follow-through. Access is currently by invitation. Only enabled features are available; a development demonstration or provider-directory entry is not a promise of production access or complete history.
You must be at least 18, live in the United States and have legal capacity to agree. The person whose care you manage must also be an adult in the United States. Use the service for yourself or another adult only with permission or valid legal authority. Family relationships, payment and a CareCompanion invitation do not themselves grant access to someone else's patient portal. We may request proportionate evidence to protect access or handle a rights request.
Use your own account and protect its sign-in. Provide only information you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access for misuse or security risks, with an explanation where appropriate; restrictions do not remove applicable privacy rights.
You retain your rights in information you provide. You authorize the processing necessary for requested features under the Privacy Policy and the specific permissions you grant. This does not transfer ownership of your health information or permit its sale, advertising use or general-purpose AI training.
Clara is AI, not a clinician, emergency service or substitute for care. AI can misunderstand or omit information. Check important facts against sources and discuss treatment decisions with your healthcare professional. Do not start, stop or change treatment solely because of AI output. In a US emergency, call 911; do not wait for Clara or support.
Connections are read-only where described. Available providers, dates and categories vary. Missing information does not prove that no record exists. Keep originals, patient reports, corrections and AI interpretations distinguishable. Saving a file is not analysis; an order does not prove a medicine is being taken. Review handouts before sharing and confirm clinical instructions with the responsible clinician.
Calls, reminders and messages require the permissions and availability shown. A task is not proof an office was contacted; sent is not proof of reading. They are not monitored emergency services or medication alarms. No uninterrupted-access or immediate-response guarantee is made.
These terms do not establish a price or subscription. Before any paid purchase, checkout must show price, interval, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Store rules and applicable consumer rights continue to apply. Uninstalling or deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; cancellation does not delete health information.
You may request access, export, correction or deletion under our Privacy Policy and deletion instructions. Keep copies of important records. Before a planned service closure, we will provide notice and a reasonable export opportunity, subject to legal/security constraints. Material changes will be explained before they apply and require agreement where applicable. These terms do not waive nonwaivable consumer rights or authorize every AI action.
